The JETT Nutrition plan is not a diet in the traditional sense, in which you engage in extreme deprivation for a finite amount of time. Rather, this is a lifestyle change, a plan for daily nutrition to be followed today and for the rest of your life.
Deprivation is out, moderation is in! Don’t sacrifice your favorite foods; instead we will guide you in establishing a routine that is sensible, convenient and personalized for your needs and lifestyle.
Before you think there’s a silver bullet…there’s not! It might not be easy, especially at first, but this is a life changing system that will force you to rethink the way that you look at food. With a reasonable, sensible approach, you can make a change that will allow you to live a healthier and ultimately happier life.
The JETT nutrition plan includes:
1 - The Initial consultation:
- A face-to-face meeting to discuss your current situation, as well as, your goals for the future.
- Personalized guidelines and information about your nutrition package.
- A physical assessment to quantify your physical condition, measuring your body weight, blood pressure, and body fat percentage.
2 - Optional Services Include:
- The Kitchen Invasion: We will come into your kitchen, rifle through your cabinets, and separate the “good” from the “bad”.
- The Shopping Trip: We will accompany you to the grocery store and offer on-the-spot guidance about the right and wrong foods to purchase.
3 - The Follow-up:
- Monthly meetings, face-to-face where we can discuss firsthand the progress you’ve made and the difficulty you’ve faced.
- A monthly weigh-in to quantify the results.
- Another full assessment every 3 months.
- Biweekly phone calls to check up on you.
