Sara Gray is a certified personal trainer through National Strength Professionals Association and in a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army, currently stationed at Fort Meade. She is a 2010 graduate of Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science in health and exercise science.
Sara has been actively engaged in athletics since elementary school, participating in soccer, basketball, golf, cross country, and track. Now she participates in local road races and has recently taken up cycling. She has also been an assistant coach in basketball, track, and soccer and was on the Ranger Challenge Team in the Army.
Sara has experience running a physical fitness program for a group of more than 50 Army ROTC cadets. The program was designed to increase cadets’ Army Physical Fitness score through intense body weight circuits, interval training, and long runs. Her combined military background and sport experience gives her a unique combination of knowledge and experience to help motivate clients to achieve their personal fitness goals.
