The main goal of JETT Training is to build fitness and eliminate dysfunction
JETT takes unique approach to fitness, with a strong emphasis on being functionally strong and eliminating dysfunction of the body. This is achieved through functional and physical screens to establish a clients specific needs and baselines.
Next the client is introduced to the one stop fitness solution that consists of three tiers.
Tier 1 –
Negative Resistance Training
This is the time spent in the gym with your trainer lifting weights, performing functional movement training and learning the corrective exercises your Functional Movement Screen.
Tier 2 –
This is time spent on treadmills, elliptical machines and spinning. Each client is put on cardiovascular regimen ultimately building up to a four day a week regimen.
Tier 3 –
Each JETT client is put on meal plan that will ensure healthy weight loss. Clients start with a cleanse (phase 1) and then continues to the daily meal plan to continue their weight loss until desired weight is achieved (phase 2). Once desired weight is achieved then clients go into their maintenance schedule (phase 3).**See Nutrition page for full details
The JETT Nutrition plan is not a diet in the traditional sense this is a lifestyle change, a plan for daily sports nutrition to be followed today and for the rest of your life.
Deprivation is out, moderation is in! Don’t skip meals; instead we will guide you in establishing a routine that is sensible, convenient and personalized for your needs and lifestyle.

With a reasonable, sensible approach, you can make a change that will allow you to live a healthier and ultimately happier life.
The JETT Nutrition Plan consists three phases
Phase One is an eleven day detox cleanse that helps to flush you systems of toxins and chemicals while also helping your body to reset it’s insulin receptors. Generally clients lose between 7-12lbs.
Phase Two consists of a five meal a day nutrition plan with easy snack options for meals two and four. You stay on the second phase until you have achieved your goal weight. You can expect to lose 1-3lbs a week.
Phase Three is the maintenance phase, it also follows five meal a day nutrition plan but allows more food variety. There are also easy snack options for meals two and four.
